📜 Terms of Service – VTuber Rigging Commissions

By submitting a commission request, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms:
I. Application & Acceptance
I will only accept commissions that align with my skill level and artistic direction.
Submission Forms must include a completed character design in .PSD or .PNG format for assessment.
Incomplete or incorrectly filled forms will be declined, so please review all details before submitting
II. Review & Quoting
After initial contact and discussion, I will review your .PSD file in detail to determine compatibility with Live2D Cubism.
A quote will be provided based on complexity, layer organization, and desired features.
You are free to accept, decline, or ask questions about the quote before proceeding.
III. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your slot and begin work. Commissions will not be added to the waitlist until this is received.
The remaining 50% balance is due after the rig is complete and you’ve reviewed the quality via demo or video.
All payments are handled via PayPal Invoicing in USD unless otherwise discussed.
IV. Refund Policy
Once work begins, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If I am unable to complete your commission due to personal emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
V. Timeline & Deadlines
Typical turnaround time is 2–4 weeks from start date, depending on complexity.
If you have a specific deadline, it must be discussed and agreed upon before payment. Rush fees may apply.
VI. Revisions
You may request major revisions within 1 month of final delivery (e.g., physics adjustments, parameter tuning).
Minor edits (e.g., idle movement tweaks) are available even after 1 month, depending on my availability.
Additional fees may apply for substantial post-delivery changes or requests beyond the original scope.
VII. File Delivery & Usage
You will receive a runtime-ready model (VTube Studio file).
The Live2D source file (.cmo3) is not included by default. If needed, it must be discussed and may require an additional fee.
I only support rigs for VTube Studio. I do not provide technical support for other platforms (e.g., PrprLive, Animaze, etc.).
VIII. Artist Rights & Credits
I retain the right to showcase the rig on my portfolio or social media at any time, unless you request otherwise.
Please credit me as the rigger using @YoonaBoona where appropriate.
You are free to monetize your content using the rig (e.g., streams, videos), but reselling or redistributing the rig itself is not permitted.
IX. Client Agreement
By submitting a commission request, you acknowledge that:
You own or have permission to use the provided artwork for Live2D rigging.
You agree to all the terms outlined above.
Communication will be handled through Twitter Dm or Discord once the project begins.
